Education of Deaf

am interested to know the opinion of any Deaf adults as to their education and what they liked or disliked. All comments will be viewed and considered. I currently am working as an educational sign language interpreter and work with high school students of varying educational background. I want to better understand them and be able to guide them and encourage them to higher education.
